Board member Kim Hvid Thomsen (elected by the Group’s employees) has announced that he will step down as member of the Board of Directors of Vestas Wind Systems A/S as of 30 April 2022. Claus Skov Christensen, currently alternate, will take over as member of the Board of Directors as of 1 May 2022.
