Graduate Life Cycle

Listen to our current 1^st year Graduates Raúl and Vic, and our former Graduate Mia about what it is like to be a Vestas Graduate from the beginning until after the Graduate Programme.

Raúl (Department: Global Offshore Operations) and Vic (Department: Sustainability) have started their 1^st rotation on the 1^st of September ’23 while Mia finished her 2-year Graduate Programme in August and obtained a permanent position as Regional Readiness Support Lead in Global Offshore Operations in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Gregory has started his 1^st rotation this year in Technical Sales Management in Aarhus, Denmark, while Riccardo joins Global PE Blades for his 1^st rotation in our Blades factory in Lem, Denmark. Our 2^nd year Graduate, Laura, continues her Graduate Programme in her 2^nd rotation in P&C Analytics & Insights.

Mailbox-Talk No. 2: Content of the Graduate Programme

Moving Countries with Vestas and our Star Highlight: The Graduate Camp

Listen to three generations of our Graduate Programme: Amit, Inês, and Sofia. They will introduce you to how Vestas supports you when moving countries within the Graduate Programme. Moreover, look forward to hearing more about the star event of our Graduate Programme: the two Graduate Camps, one during each rotation.

Amit has graduated successfully from the Graduate Programme in August this year and is now working in Global Offshore Product Market Strategy. Our 1^st year Graduate, Inês, started her 1^st rotation in Offshore NCE on the 1^st of September ’23 and Sofia currently succeeds in her 2^nd rotation in Product Functions Technical Management. All three of them complimenting the Vestas team in Aarhus, Denmark.

Experiencing Vestas as a Young Person

Hanne started her 1^st rotation on the 1^st of September ’23 in Sales Onshore NCE in Hamburg, Germany, and Ottavia has started her 2^nd rotation in Marketing & communications in Seoul, South Korea.

A Day in the Life of a Graduate

Let yourself get fascinated by the amazing, merry, and extraordinary life of a Graduate at Vestas when Alexander, Bram, Giovanni, and Maj will lead you through a day in their life.

Alexander (Technical Sales Enablement) and Maj (Digital Customer Channels & Experience) are two of our 1^st year Graduates who started their first rotation in Aarhus, Denmark. Giovanni has recently moved to Aarhus from Porto, Portugal, to join the Global Installation and Commissioning department for his 2^nd rotation. In August this year, Bram has successfully completed his Graduate Programme and pursues his career further in Vestas as Specialist in the Policy Positioning and Public Funding department in Aarhus, Denmark.
