Explore the catalogue to view real-time stock availability, detailed technical descriptions, product images, and more. Your contract-specific pricing, discounts, and delivery details are automatically applied, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, the shop enables you to track your company's past orders and quotes, as well as monitor delivery progress.

If you know the product ID, name or category, you can easily search for products by using the search bar or catalogue.

Don’t exactly know what you need?

In case you don’t have a product ID or name readily available, we offer a filtering option in which you can filter for the turbine brand and turbine type that you manage. You will then be shown all products that match your turbine(s).*

Ordering multiple products at once – without searching each product one by one?

The quick entry feature allows you to add up to 100 products to the cart in one go.

Simply copy-paste your product IDs and quantities from a data sheet and paste them into the specified field.

Ready to order or need more information?

After you have added a product to the cart, you can either place a direct order or request a quote.

A direct order places the order right away.
In a quote request, you can inquire more information on e.g. pricing, lead time.

Both an order and a quote will be processed by your Vestas sales representative, ensuring you still benefit from the same sales advice that you would get if you had placed an order offline.

How to communicate through the shop?

ShopVestas allows you to keep the communication going with your Vestas sales representative.

When placing an order or requesting a quote, you can enter a message in the Comments section. Your Vestas sales representative will be able to answer you, and the answer will show up on the respective order or quote.

When is my order being delivered and what is the status of my quote request?

The order overview allows you to follow up on estimated delivery times for your orders – both for orders that you yourself have placed or a colleague of yours, both online or offline.

For quotes, you can similarly keep track of your open requests and either accept or reject a quote.

Where is my shipment?

For select orders, we display track and trace links. The link brings you directly to the carrier’s website where you will be able to follow your shipment’s location.
